Shopify is an e-commerce platform where business owners can create and manage an online store.

As part of the multi-channels team, I worked with the bulk editor team to address channel errors.

I led the short term vision to improve the bulk editor for multi-channel selling.

Accomplishments

• Achieved stakeholder alignment across 3 teams, designing 12+ features on external team’s product
• Interviewed, ideated, and designed solutions to address >120 million product errors, affecting ~$16 billion GMV
